George G. Caballero has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, investor and servicer in the mortgage and real estate industry. He manages numerous investment portfolios consisting primarily of first mortgage loans and REO. As part of servicing his clients, and his own portfolio, he oversees default law firms and third-party vendors. In addition to oversight, George handles all contract review and negotiation for the purchase and sale of first mortgage loans and negotiates servicing agreements. George formerly managed the legal department for a nationwide mortgage servicer. Through attendance of legal and industry seminars and conferences he has built and maintains a nationwide network of attorneys to handle foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, deed in lieu, real estate closings and litigation related to mortgages and real estate.
George assists investors, mortgage servicers, lenders and asset managers with default legal representation and vendor management. He is pro-active in assisting his clients in finding a solution to their issue and supportive in resolving the matter. George has worked with attorneys in his network for years.
