Byron Rouda is the CEO and principal owner of Security Financial Services a 78 year old company started by his father which specializes in buying Seller- Carryback notes across the nation. After successfully purchasing thousands of notes for it’s own portfolio over the last 25 years – the company is the national leader and most recognized name in the Business Note segment of the Cash Flow Industry.
Byron’s extensive experience in underwriting Business Notes has allowed the company to continue to profit on them with minimal losses (including during the Great Recession) even though they are, basically, unsecured notes with different risks than secured notes.
