Randy is the founder and President of Total Lender Solutions (“TLS”). He has been involved in real estate and default servicing since 1982. As an attorney, Randy has represented hundreds of buyers, sellers, owners, and lenders in connection with the sale, purchase, finance, lease, and foreclosure of residential and commercial real property throughout the United States.
Through TLS, Randy represents both institutional and non-institutional lenders in asset recovery through the non-judicial foreclosure process. He specializes in complex commercial property foreclosures including multiple collateral, multiple notes, and multi-beneficiaries.
Randy holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker in Arizona and California, admitted as an attorney in New York (including the US District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York) and New Jersey (including the US District Court for the District of New Jersey), and has been certified by the United Trustee’s Association (“UTA”) as a Trustee Sale Officer at the highest level.
Randy has served on the board of UTA since 2011, and is both the current president and a past president after having previously served as its chief financial officer. He is the recipient of the New Member of the Year Award (2009), the Veteran Member of the Year Award (2016), and the Lifetime Achievement Award (2018), the highest honor bestowed by UTA. He also serves on several education committees for various industry organizations.
Randy writes and lectures extensively on foreclosure and real estate matters for organizations such as UTA, Arizona Trustees Association, California Mortgage Association, CaliforniaMBA, California Credit Union Collectors Conference, California Society of CPAs, and Century 21. An in-demand speaker, he also trains default servicing departments of lenders on the mechanics and procedures of foreclosure.
