Vanessa Britt is the Director of Acquisitions for Amerifunds Diversified Funding, LLC – a premier note purchaser since 2004 for seller carry back real estate mortgage notes nationwide, investing in notes secured by both residential and commercial real estate. Vanessa has served as Director of Acquisitions for Amerifunds since 2010. Prior to her role as Director at Amerifunds, she worked for 14 years in all aspects of note acquisitions, including underwriting, processing and closing, as well as 17 years as a paralegal.
